ASIAN LONGHORNED BEETLE PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL SESSION

When and Where:

• Wednesday, July 14th from 7-9 p.m. Brookline Town Hall, 333 Washington St., in the Selectmen's Hearing Room on the 6th floor
  
  
• Wednesday, July 21 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Brookline Main Library, 361 Washington St., in Hunneman Hall on the 2nd floor
  
  
• Thursday, July 29 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Brookline Main Library, 361 Washington St., in Hunneman Hall on the 2nd floor

Who: Open to the public

Why: The Asian longhorned beetle was recently discovered in Boston, close to the Brookline border, and is an invasive insect that poses a significant threat to many hardwood tree species. Learn more about this beetle, its current status, and what you can do to help.
